My name is Ryan, I'm with Campus Crusade for Christ at University of Central Florida. I've been talking to Pez (David P.) on increasing our goal (reaching lost students) on-campus with our new evangelic tool. The tool is kind of crazy (oddly enough) it works, it's called, "FREE HUGS sponsored by Campus Crusade for Christ."
Briefly a break down of what has happen with our campaign: after two months-one day a week on Tuesdays (less than 8 days total).
1st: A student has posted videos of us giving 'hugs' on the free speech lawn on Youtube.com, we have a facebook group to connect all the students.

2nd: On campus newspaper has written an article about Campus Crusade (with Free Hugs).

What is left out of the article:
Have hugged (more than 1,500 students now)
Have talked to around 50-100 students about come to Campus Crusade for Christ
Have deep conversations with 10-20 students about Christ
3rd: The Spanish TV network telemundo ran an video of Campus Crusade for Christ at UCF giving Free Hugs.
Now, I would love to see this evangelic tool explode on the UCF campus; however, we need the funds to do so ($350 dollars) to:
1st: Get members of Campus Crusade to wear Free Hugs Buttons (so they can be wore on our backpacks so people ask 'us' why?)
2nd: Give people that we hug, Stickers (I GOT HUGGED-www.ever-knight.com)
3rd: I would like to re-design the posters (they are fallin' apart from use: plus; the ink runs off the boards if it rains)
